Hari Prasad Sharma is an Engineer and an Ex-civil servant of Nepal Government, worked in the Water, Sanitation and Environment field of country. He served as a Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works, as an Executive Director of Melamchi Water Supply Project, which is largest in the country, as a Director General of Department of Water Supply and Sewerage of Nepal. He is an active member of Nepal Engineer's Association, Society of Public Health Emgimeer's Nepal, member of Nepal Council of Arbitration "NEPCA". Now he is working as a Chairman of Water Supply Tariff Fixation Commission (WSTFC), Nepal. WSTFC is a regulating organization mostly works in urban sector of country.
